"The team at Cycle Gear is the best. My wife and I purchased some new helmets, intercom packs and other riding gear. They installed the intercoms, and then modified the placement of the mic and speakers in mine after I had ridden with it and determined that I couldn't hear well enough. There was no charge for that and it saved me a ton of time. They knew what they were doing. I did not.

On a subsequent visit to the store, they helped me find a jacket that would fit me. I'm 6'5", but slim. They knew the differences in fit from the various manufacturers. Sure, I could have tried ordering online, but I may never have gotten as good a fit as quickly as I did.

Finally, they kept reminding me of their great return policy. That took the worry out of shopping at Cycle Gear.
